A huge thank you to all the multitude of show goers who shared the many smiles, giggles and laughter
with Edd and his team at the Sydney Royal Easter Show 2004.
It was Edd's inaugural exhibit of the 20 framed originals of his first series of "Our Famous Australians".
It was indeed a festive and colourful exhibit that stopped the traffic with students and everyone else
trying to identify all 20 Celebrities with much Aussie pride and excitement.

Those who chose to be a celebrity in their own right sat for 5-10 minutes to have their promotiional caricature drawn and at the same time watch Edd's amazingly quick sketch from a screen projector right in front of them. How cool is that?

This first series of Our Famous Australians was released at the Sydney Royal Easter Show in Collector's Edition boxed postcard gift sets, as A3 poster prints or as laminated and ribboned bookmarks.
A gold coin usually gets you nowhere at the Easter Show but Edd's
bookmarks and postcards were quickly snapped up by Aussie fans eager to show or give to their friends their Easter show memento.
For new and developing artists, Edd packaged an Art Kit with his choice colour pastels and pencils,
2 kinds of erasers and a sketch pad all ready in a bag. At a special package too was the first-release
65 minute DVD of How to Draw Caricatures with Edd Aragon.
These items are still available for sale (limited stocks).
Edd usually draws live caricatures for corporate or private events only so it was a rare chance for our guests who queued up to finally get their prized Caricature by Edd Aragon.
Many others who missed their chance can either order their gift A3 caricature or get a booking for their live caricature at their event.
